Superior large 5 bed villa with two-heated pools and games room. This superior luxury 5 bed detached villa on one floor is privately situated with extensive terraces commanding beautiful views of the coastline.

Cristal has been fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard, yet leaving it welcoming and comfortable for all guests. The very large and secluded sunbathing terraces and BBQ area surround TWO HEATED POOLS, which are heated all year round and set side by side, one large 11m shaped pool and another shallow children’s pool. A large covered games room is equipped with a pool table for family enjoyment.

The imposing split-level living area is open plan. It has a high, cathedral style wooden ceiling and 3 sets of french doors leading onto the terrace and pool area. On the upper level there is a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. This leads down to the beautiful living room complete with TV, full Sky package, DVD and stereo system along with views over the terraces, swimming pools and out to sea.

There are five attractive bedrooms. Two have double beds, with en-suite bathrooms and dressing area one of which has Sky TV and two sets of French doors to the terrace and pool. Three bedrooms have twin beds and there is a further two shower rooms. The very large and secluded sunbathing terraces surround the heated swimming pools. One is a large shaped adult pool with twin dolphin mosaic and the other a smaller, shallow children’s pool. This area is completely private and is equipped with an attractive patio dining area, built in BBQ and many sun-beds.

From the terrace there are sea views to Fuerteventura. The villa has a private driveway and parking area enough for several cars. The villa is located in the rural and typically Canarian village of Guime, just a ten minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous golden beaches, as well as its bars, restaurants and shops. The islands largest hypermarket and an excellent modern shopping centre is just five-minute drive from the villa. Guime is a very central location, making it perfect for reaching the islands many beautiful attractions and beaches.

The transfer time from the airport is less than ten minutes. A complementary driver with transport will meet you at the airport and assist you with your transfer to and from the villa. There is a mid-week towel change & light clean. All bed linen is fresh upon arrival & changed every Thursday. Prices are for 4 persons: Please add £90 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 10 adults. Infants up to 2 yrs old free. NO extra pp charge at christmas.
