the small seaside town of Moraira and the Mediterranean,
about 2km away.

road in the exclusive suburb of Benimeit, a peaceful,
select residential area. Everything about the Villa has
a great feel of quality about it. Its design is traditionally
Spanish yet it's filled with modern luxuries. Villa Hermosa
is set in its own secure walled garden, beautifully kept
with many exotic Mediterranean plants such as palms and
cactus. Cars may be parked within the grounds behind secure
gates.
The very large swimming pool terrace on the ground floor
is a delight. A large 8m x 4m mosaic tiled private pool
dominates it, with easy-access Roman steps into it. There
is also an outdoor shower. In addition there are many
new sunloungers and an array of outdoor furniture for
"al fresco" living on the pool terrace. Part of the pool
terrace incorporates an outdoor barbecue area, and next
to it a small indoor kitchen with additional cooking and
washing-up facilities, all carefully designed for guests'
convenience and a relaxing holiday.
Leading off the pool terrace is a naya, a covered yet
open area giving welcome shade. This naya has a further
outdoor dining table and chairs, and comfortable relaxing
chairs. And close by is yet another open terrace again
with an outdoor dining table. Within Moraira there are
three EEC approved blue flag beaches, one of these is
in a secluded bay called El Portet. The other two beaches
provide childrens facilities.
Moraira is within an hours drive on the motorway from
Alicante & Valencia airports. The villa is 2km away from
the beach town of Moraira and is also a 30 minute drive
from water parks and theme parks in Benidorm.
