Although in a tranquil location Chayofa is situated only 20 minutes from the airport close to many popular golf courses, and is only 5 minutes drive from the busy town of Los Cristianos with all its many bustling shops, restaurants and bars as well as its spacious beaches, and less than 10 minutes drive from Playa Las Americas with its extensive night life. The new to be opened Siam Theme Park is also just a few minutes drive away which is Tenerifes newest attraction. Chayofa village has its own small shops and bars and boasts two of the best restaurants on the island.

This holiday rental offers choice the completely self contained UPPER GROUND HALF of the Villa (2 bedroomed accomodation,including sole use of the pool area) with its own access at ground level(no steps/stairs involved due to the villa being built on an incline,)or the choice of 4 bedroomed accomodation to include the 2 lower half apartments. the villa is surrounded by its own gardens, and there are terraces to the front and rear. the main terrace is completely private and is to the front of the villa off the main lounge, which is south facing and looks over the bay of Los Cristianos. there are sun loungers, parasols and patio furniture for up to six people. the private pool terrace is to the side of the villa and is a sun trap as the terrace is in the line of the sun virtually all day. the barbeque terrace looks over the pool terrace and adjoins the pool terrace via a stair case to the rear

good family nightlife within 5 minutes drive, close to beach, pool heating, child friendly, the villa is cleaned prior to access. linen is changed on a weekly basis. hand and bath towels are provided. beach towels are not supplied. heating is supplied via a gas wall heater which is operated by bottled gas which can be delivered or obtained from a local petrol station at a cost of approximately £10
