The villa is located in a quiet road within a few minutes walk of local shops, restaurants, tennis courts and the beach.
Nearby is the medeival old town of Pals which has been beautifully restored and has a number of arts and craft shops and bars and restaurants.
The beach at Pals runs for approximately 3 miles and in the summer there are water ski-ing, banana boat rides and PADI diving. It is ideal for golfers as there are a number of fine golf courses within easy reach of the villa; Pals (18 holes), Serres de Pals (18 holes) and Emporda (36 holes) are all within 5 minutes drive and the PGA Catalunya and Mas Nou are approximately 35 minutes drive.
