This villa has been attractively furnished by the owners and comes fully equipped for an enjoyable holiday. It has its own private garden with a b-b-q area and gazebo and a private parking area behind electronic gates.

There is a large patio area that overlooks the communal gardens and pool. There are two pretty beaches within a few minutes walk and the fabulous Cala Dor marina is also only a few minutes walk away. Cala Egos has its own shops, restaurants, bars, chemist, doctors' surgeries and supermarkets so there is no need for a car. However, if you wished to view the delights of the local area, the pretty fishing village of Porto Petro is only five minutes drive away. If you wish to go further afield, Cala Mondrago - set in a totally unspoilt National Park - is approximately 15 minutes by car.

A little further out is Colonia de St Jordi which has a lovely crescent-shaped beach along with a marina and plenty of delightful restaurants. It also has a free aquarium where all the exhibits can be found in the Mediterranean. It has a lovely 3-d animated film showing sealife just under the surface, sealife in the middle stream of the Med, and species that are nearer the seabed. This is as amusing for adults as it is for children and is well worth the visit.

If staying for two weeks, there is a change of linen and bath towels. this villa has an additional bedroom converted from a small hallway with bunkbeds. because this is such a small area, the villa is marketed as sleeping 6 only but can accommodate 8 if necessary
