Our detached villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Calpe approx three miles from the village or a fifteen minutes walk to the main sandy beach. There is ample parking within the grounds of the villa. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk and close by the local bus stop, and within a few minutes it takes you to town, with access to a variety of shops including large supermarkets. Restaurants and bars are within easy reach of the villa, the nearest being five minutes away.

Private ground floor self contained central heated apartment with three very large double bedrooms. In all bedrooms there is ample hanging and storage space within built in wardrobes, plus drawers and shelves. The modern fully tiled bathroom has full size shower, and vanity unit. There is a separate modern fully tiled toilet with hand basin. The large fully fitted kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine,gas cooker, double bowl sink unit and provides ample cupboard and storage space. The lounge is furnished in Castilian style, comprising of coffee table, three seater settee, 2 two seater settees, dining table with six leather saddle chairs, plus Welsh dresser plus drinks cabinet
