The villa is privately owned and has been developed by a team who are dedicated to quality building and attention to detail. This is evident by the hand-carved stone exterior and marble surrounds to all windows and external doorways, which have been constructed by highly skilled stonemasons. All finishing's are of excellent quality including marble floors to all levels again reflecting the high standards of building specifications.

The ground floor entrance leads to an open-plan layout incorporating lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen area is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven and hob, and toaster. There is a comfortable lounge area with TV and DVD and the dining area caters for 8 people. The balcony has wrought iron furniture and provides wonderful views across the turquoise waters to the imposing Taurus Mountain Range, and is an ideal place to relax at the end of the day to watch the colours of the sunset as boats return to the marina.

The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms plus one bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with en-suite shower and w/c facilities. The guest room accommodates a king -size bed and has a balcony area, whilst the rear bedroom accommodates 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted mirrored wardrobes.

The lower ground bedroom opens up to the pool side area via its own separate entrance, which provides more flexibility within guest numbers and can act almost as a self contained unit if so desired. This has one king-size bed, en-suite shower & w/c, and a separate seating area.

There is air conditioning to ground floor, master bedroom, second bedroom, and lower ground bedroom. Each room is fitted with insect screens and mosquito machines are provided if required. The pool area is equipped with table and chairs for dining alfresco, sun-loungers and umbrellas, a 35 sq.m infinity pool and outdoor shower.

Our assistant, Ayhan, maintains the pool and garden on a daily basis and is on hand to deal with any necessary villa maintenance. Cleaning and linen changes are carried out weekly by his wife Sultan. Also beach towels are provided for the convenience of guests for use by the pool.
