From the roof terrace, there are spectacular mountain views as well as views of the sea in the distance.

The apartment is close to shops, bars, restaurants, doctor's surgery, chemist and banks as well as within walking distance of the fabulous Cala D'Or marina where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes - fish restaurants, an English restaurant, Chinese, Mallorquin, Argentinian as well as shops and bars. The apartment is in a quiet residential road and has off-road parking. The communal gardens and pool are are unoverlooked by any other complex as the gardens back on to a Zona Verde (Green Zone).

A car isn't necessary but if you wish to visit the Santanyi area it is advisable as there are several fabulous beaches - two are in a National Park - street markets are held in Santanyi every Wednesday and Saturday as well as a large Sunday market in the nearby town of Felanitx. There is, however, a small 'train' that slowly winds its' way between Cala Egos, Cala D'Or, and Cala Mondrago - the National Park area which is well worth a visit - should you wish to not hire a car.
