The old town of Denia, overlooked by the remains of the
fortress castle, is a five minute drive and is full of
bars, restaurants and tapas bars, perfect for an evening
stroll. Denia lies at the foothills of the Montgo Mountains
and this provides spectacular views over the bay of Denia
and Javea on the other side.
The complex has a large pool and a children’s pool, large
private garden and secured parking, it is approximately
5 minutes walk to all local amenities including the long
sandy beach and restaurants and there are supermarkets
and shops within walking distance of the property.
The location is ideally suited for those wanting a relaxing
break with all the amenities close by for a little extra
adventure and fun. The extensive range of sports facilities,
in and around Denia, includes horse riding, fun quad bike
excursions, boat trips to the Balearic Islands and surrounding
coastline resorts, jet skis, the two 18-hole golf courses
at La Sella and Oliva Nova are a short drive away and
Benidorm with its abundant nightlife, Terra Mitica Theme
Park and Aqualandia Waterpark are just a 30/40 minute
drive down the coast.
