This house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is situated in the Las Marinas area of the historic Spanish town of Denia and the development is made up of 30 properties in an exclusive residential area.

Denia, which, as stated by the World Health Organisation to be the healthiest climate in the world, has an excellent warm Mediterranean climate and incomparable coastline of clear waters and sandy beaches is the perfect choice for a holiday. It is 1 hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports and ½ hour north of Benidorm. The old town of Denia, overlooked by the remains of the fortress castle, is a five minute drive and is full of bars, restaurants and tapas bars, perfect for an evening stroll. Denia lies at the foothills of the Montgo Mountains and this provides spectacular views over the bay of Denia and Javea on the other side.

The complex has a large pool and a children's pool, large private garden and secured parking, it is approximately 5 minutes walk to all local amenities including the long sandy beach and restaurants and there are supermarkets and shops within walking distance of the property. The location is ideally suited for those wanting a relaxing break with all the amenities close by for a little extra adventure and fun. The house has a large balcony off the twin bedroom and dining area on terrace in private garden.

It had to be one of the quickest two weeks holiday we have had. We had forgotten just how peaceful and quiet it is and those stunning sunsets over the mountain. The duplex lived up to our expectations, being bright, airy, clean, and very well equipped. Not that we spent very much time indoors. It was great being able to have breakfast in the sun on the front balcony and after a day on the beach, in the evening catch the last rays on the patio in the garden at the back. As the weather had been good, we really didn't spend any time at the pool, but it was great for a quick dip after a day on the beach. What a great Duplex,in a well cared for and secure complex and not too far from that wonderful stretch of beach. Will we be back again, you bet, see you both next year, By the way it was great being able to get fresh fish from the supermarket towards/at Las Rotas rather than having to go into Denia every time it was an added bonus for us Love Phill and Lesley"

September 2009 Date 18-06-2009 Rating Name Jen Richards Message We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found Denia to be very green and peaceful. Mountains to the rear, vast and very clean beaches in front, and all very close to hand. Excellent local restaurants with such a huge range of menus – something for everyone. We felt very safe walking about, both during the day and evening time. The duplex too was a safe, friendly, pretty and peaceful place, with everything we required to hand – home from home, except we don't have a lovely pool in our backgardens in England. We took good advantage of a nearby bakery, five minutes walk away, from which to purchase gorgeous freshly baked bread / Danish pastries, etc from. We would not hesitate in recommending this part of Spain to our friends and families, together with your contact details. Even the transfer from Alicante is easy-peasy, with access to the AP7 motorway. Once again, thank you so much for taking the trouble to show us around, that was really, really helpful and much appreciated. Don't know if the ‘pack' recommended restaurants, but we would certainly endorse all the local ones – value for money, fresh produce and nothing too much trouble – even when we arrived late into one………… We just forgot to take a photo of Wank e Long, doh.

Date 02-06-2009 Rating Name Emma & Sarah Message ‘We stayed at the apartment for a long weekend in May and have five wonderful days. The apartment was immaculate and very well kept. Maureen and John couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. The beautiful beach was only a 5 minute stroll away but if you are feeling really lazy the pool is on your door step, which was very clean and nice and quiet. There are loads of places to eat nearby but the kitchen was so well equipped you could easily have dinner in. We would definitely go back there again and would recommend to friends' Emma and Sarah May 2009
