About the Property Luxury house with Private Pool Situated on Tara Golf and Country Club in Sarasota, Florida. Our house is bright, spacious and fully Air-Conditioned. The house is furnished to a high standard throughout. There is a lounge with dining area. There is a large bright fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and family room, all have wall to wall windows which lead out to the Pool Area. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and walk in wardrobe. The second Bedroom has a Double Bed. The third and Forth Bedrooms have twin beds. The Master Bedroom, lounge and pool all enjoy the undisturbed Views of the 9th, Tee and Lake. The pool is enclosed within a Lanai. There is a Barbecue, double garage, and garden. For a once off charge of $200 you will have full use of the Golf Club, Club House, Olympic Swimming Pool, Gym, Hot Tub Sauna and Flood lit Tennis Courts. The Club House is a 5min walk.
