So many sugar cube villages to visit, including Casares just a short drive, Ronda, Benahavis and Estepona. Sotogrande 20 minute drive Puerto Duquesa and Puerto Banus for jet set life style. Pretty train ride to Ronda from nearby Gaucin.

For children visit Selwo Adventure park and the dolphinarium at Gibraltar. Golfing paradise with Finca Cortesin, Jack Nicklaus course only 5 minutes walk. Lovely bustling markets every day, details in the apartment of places to visit, and posted after booking.

"Just a short e-mail to let you know that we have now returned to the UK after our holiday in Casares Real. We had a bit of journey down to find the property as there was a storm and it was difficult to see out of the windscreen let alone read the signs. However, we got there in the end thanks to the help of Dot and her husband. Apparently it was the worst rainfall for several years.

When we drove up to Rhonda during the week, the roads were covered in mudslides and broken tarmac. It was a good experience and tested our driving. What a wonderful place Rhonda is. We had a truly fantastic time at your apartment. Just the peace and quiet we were looking for and during the week the weather improved so we just chilled out. We hope to return at some later date. Loved the paintings and could tell that the owners had a great eye for colour and balance. A wonderful apartment and very well equipped and set out. (we have a passion for 'projects'. We have just finished a small building here in Cornwall and quite like the look of the derelict house opposite (the two storey one), may do some research to see what is possible)!!!! We are both 67 this year and our children think we are quite mad!!!!"
