Las Ramblas is an attractive, peaceful, secure community boasting spectacular views across the 18 hole championship golf course to the sea beyond. Immediately next to Las Ramblas are two further 18 hole championship golf courses: Villamartin and Real Campoamor. However, you don't need to be a golfer to enjoy the peaceful location of Las Ramblas: numerous blue flag beaches are within 5 minutes drive by car and the beaches of the Mar Menor, the inland saltwater lagoon with its fabulous warm and calm water, are no more than 15 minutes drive. Also the fascinating cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Elche are all within 30 minutes drive.

Villa Kirshel is a detached, three bedroom villa surrounded by a mature garden within which is situated it's own large, private pool. The villa is tastefully decorated and just about everything is provided to ensure you will really feel "at home" during your stay. Inside you will find tasteful, good quality furnishings within a spacious setting. All floors are laid with beautiful local marble and the kitchen has marble and slate working surfaces. One of the unique features of this villa is the amount of space dedicated to providing a range of outside areas to relax in: you can sunbathe around the pool, sit on the shady lower terrace, take the sun on the upper terrace or the roof top solarium, with views across the golf course to the sea.
