The accommodation is set over 2 levels. The entrance hall leads into a large spacious open-plan lounge-dining room with large comfortable sofas. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The dining room gives access to a covered terrace, overlooking the pool with panoramic views. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen with granite worktops, hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and additional seating area with table and chairs aswell as a utility room with Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there are 2 large double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms & a large double shower room. There is also access from 2 of the bedrooms directly to the pool terrace. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard throughout, providing a stylish but relaxed feel. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, books, games and children's toys as well as a Playstation2 & Wii for extra entertainment.
Stairs from the covered terrace lead down to a terrace and pool. The villa has air conditioning in the 2 double bedrooms and the main living area, and central heating throughout. Facilities for Babies: We have a highchair, Mamas & Papas travel cot, microwave steriliser, Babydan Babyden playpen & stair gate which can be available for those with young children so you don't need to bring them with you. We also have a hand blender for whizzing up dinner & plastic plates, cups & cutlery for small children. These can all be supplied at NO extra charge. 2 hairdryers are supplied for guest use. The villa is fully alarmed which can also be used to contact English speaking emergency services.
Calpe is a thriving traditional Spanish town well known for it's port, marina and excellent restaurants Calpe also boasts 2 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches, which are divided by the towering 'Penon de Ifach Rock'. Just 40 minutes drive north from Alicante Airport and 60 minutes south from Valencia - host to the America's Cup and approx 2 hours flying time from the UK. Calpe is within easy reach of a range of family entertainment such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park in Benidorm. There is also easy access to golf, watersports, shops and markets! We can also arrange car hire, personal airport collection, maid cleaning, welcome packs & baby-sitting services as required. Discounts are available for long rentals. We have stayed in many villas over the years in both France and Spain, but Villa Casa Nova was, by far, the best. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with all the comforts and conveniences of home - you have thought of everything!
the living/dining area is spacious and comfortable with a Flat screen TV receiving Sky TV including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Movies and sport. a stereo CD system and DVD/video player is provided as well as a Playstation 2 & a Wii. there is also a selection of games and DVDs
