Villa Rosa is a spacious, well appointed 6 year old detached villa with its own private pool and gardens, enjoying a fantastic location on the hillside with fabulous views across Kalkan Bay and about 10 minutes walk from the old town of Kalkan, a typical Turkish fishing village with its wealth of restaurants.

As Kalkan has not succumbed to mass tourism, it still retains ancient history and warm, traditional Turkish hospitality making it a very special holiday destination and the start of a lifelong romance with Kalkan. The villa interior is comfortable and furnished to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned, and all external windows and doors are fitted with insect screens. Constant hot water is provided by the roof solar panels and the large roof terrace has a BBQ and lovely views.

The villa sleeps 4 people in two comfortable bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool terrace and garden, and has spectacular views over Kalkan Bay. Mehmet, our local English speaking agent deals with day to day running of the villa and is able to assist in an emergency, and can also arrange airport transfers and car hire. There is a welcome pack awaiting you on arrival.

2 bathrooms (one with spa bath and shower and one with a large shower cubicle) both with w/c. Both bathrooms have marble topped vanity units with LV downlights and are fully tiled

the spacious open plan living area has an ornamental fireplace,satellite TV/DVD and radio/CD. comfortable furniture includes two armchairs, a settee, coffee tables, dining table and chairs in the dining room. leading off from the lounge is a small newly coverted room with an ottaman style settee and large patio doors leading on to the pool terrace. the kitchen area is newly fitted and well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including a gas/electric hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave,large fridge/freezer and all utensils, glasses and crockery. there is also a drinking water chiller for your convenience. sliding doors lead directly on to the pool terrace. internet access is available on request

sliding doors lead on to the terrace and private pool which overlooks the mediterranean garden and is surrounded by a balustrade. the pool has steps in one corner for easy access but the remainder is 1.8m deep so may not be suitable for young children. the terrace is well equipped with sun loungers and parasols. we have converted a covered area into a room with open views and equipped with wrought iron settee which can be converted into extra sleeping accommodation if needed. there is a brick built BBQ on the roof terrace, table and chairs and two wrought iron ottaman settees

the local dogs and cats should not be encouraged as they can become a nuisance. please don't let them into the villa. it is a non smoking villa
