It takes approximately 1 hour from Faro airport and whilst
a car is not strictly necessary it would enable you to
explore further a field. Inland to the Monchique mountains
or to the lovely old sandstone fortress at Silves.
The complex is within the village of Praia da Luz which
has several well stocked supermarkets and many excellent
bars and restaurants, with the unspoilt town of Lagos
only 5kms to your east with its Marina, shops and night
life. The apartment is ideal as a base for beach or activity
holidays. Not only are we near several golf courses (with
concessionary rates) but there are wonderful walks, water
sports, sea fishing and horse riding all nearby. with
tennis and swimming on site.
