Villa Kira is a brand new luxury 4 bed villa with its own private pool.It boasts 3 spacious bathrooms,one an ensuite, one shower room and the other comes with a luxurious Jacuzzi. Kira has been furnished to a very high standard and boasts an 8 seater marble table. This property is fully air conditioned which can also be used as heaters.

To the front you have unrivalled sea views of Kalkan and its harbour and in the distance Patara Beach famous for its warm blue sea, golden sands and ancient ruins, behind and to the sides you are surrounded by rolling mountains. This property is ideal for families and with security and safety in mind all windows and doors to the roof terrace are lockable to keep the little ones safe when unattended, also provided is a travel cot and float aids for the pool, there is also 10 sun loungers divided between the pool area and roof terrace.

A local company keeps the garden and pool in top condition and a maid service is provided twice per week. Kalkan itself is situated on the west coast and is totally unspoilt, its full of twisting cobbled streets, and has dozens of exquisite roof top restaurants which cater for all tastes.

If you are looking for Ibiza styled bars Kalkan is not for you, there is the yacht club and one or two other late night bars, but generally this is a chill out resort, a glass of wine a beer and watch the sun go down. During the day there is loads to do on land or sea you can hire a gulet for the day and swim in crystal clear waters at deserted beaches or tour many of the ancient ruins on land, this area is full of attractions for adults and children alike.

The nearest airport to Kalkan is Dalaman and is about 1 hour 35 minutes traveling time, the transfers are not included but can be arranged for you, all vehicles used are air conditioned Mercedes. Villa Kira is a touch of luxury in a luxurious resort.
