Situated in a desirable location, a mile from the Moraira town centre, Casa Susanah is a two-storey detached villa on a large flat plot which is very private and not overlooked. You enter the plot, via a gated entrance, to a parking area for two or three cars and then some steps onto the garden level.

The 8 x 4 m swimming pool, with adjacent terraces, is to the left of the path and to the right there is an outside kitchen/barbecue, bar, fridge (good for storing ice-cold drinks in the summer) and dining area. Further along in the garden there is a stone seating set for breakfast and drinks in a private quiet corner. The mature garden has several private terraced areas, with beautiful established shade-giving trees, lovely large Andulucian style courtyard, and an outside pin-pong table.

The accommodation on the ground floor consists of a large bright lounge/dining room with double doors leading out to the pool and adjacent terraces. The first floor, accessed by an internal metal spiral staircase or an external solid traditional one, consists of a double bedroom with private terrace and sea views, and a twin bedroom (ideal for two children or one adult as the beds are a bunk type arrangment) , sharing an inter-communicating bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.
