Large remote controlled wooden gates lead to underground parking with lift available, if needed, to take you to the first floor. The complex benefits from security.

The apartment has remote control air conditioning/heating and has a large lounge/dining area with seating for 6 and has extras such as wide screen satellite tv (including all BBC channels), dvd player together with wide selection of up to date dvd's, cd player/radio. The kitchen is superbly equipped and fully fitted with granite worktops, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, fridge and freezer. The bedrooms are a good size with many fitted wardrobes. There are two marbled bathrooms both with a bath, walk in power shower and bidet. There is also a cloakroom located in the hallway. The apartment benefits from two terraces. One has dining facilities for up to 6 people.

There is a communal pool together with a separate children's pool located approximately 20 metres from the apartment. There is a large walkway which leads down to the sea where you will find a very good beach bar.

You are located only 2km from San Pedro which is very well served for excellent restaurants, shops and amenities. Estepona is approximately 5 minutes by car . The apartment complex is literally next door to the Marriott Hotel.
