10 minute drive. The blue flag beaches of La Zenia and
Cabo Roig are within easy walking distance, as are numerous
shops, cafés, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and lively
bars.
The apartment is set in a quiet residential area and directly
overlooks a beautiful communal swimming pool. The light
and spacious lounge area is air conditioned and nicely
decorated and furnished. There are two bedrooms - a double
and a twin sleeping four, with all bedding supplied and
a bed settee in the lounge sleeps two.
There is a shaded front terrace with Bougainvillea and
Lemon trees which directly overlooks the pool and a private
rear terrace with sun loungers, Palm and Yukka trees and
a lovely built-in Spanish Barbeque for alfresco dining.
There is a luxurious tiled bathroom and also a walk-in
en suite shower room off the master bedroom.
Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged on
request and the price includes cleaning fees bed linen
and towels. Bicycles are available at additional cost.
