Well equipped, comfortable semi detached town house in a small, select development. It has two floors; ground floor has sliding patio doors leading onto a patio and private garden leading to communal gardens and pool.

The house is air-conditioned throughout and also has extra oil radiators available during the winter months. Ground floor comprises of Lounge/Dining Room, fully fitted Kitchen, downstairs w.c. First floor has two twin bedrooms one of which has sliding patio doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, the second has views of mountains and sea. Shower room with w.c. Electricity, bed linen, towels (with the exception of beach towels). Also included is a weekly laundering service. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided at the poolside also private patio furniture.

Eva Gardens is situated 30 min's from Paphos Airport. 15 min's to Paphos town giving unlimited shopping and restaurants. A traditional village of Peyia is within walking distance. The local beach of Coral Bay is 5 mins drive, offering 2 sandy beaches where you can relax or partake in many water sports eg. Jet skis, banana boat rides, water-skiing, paragliding, snorkeling. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for a reasonable daily hire.

The area provides a good base to explore archeological sites, Troudos Mountains and picturesque scenery whilst taking you to its famous Monastery of Kykkos. Eating out in Cyprus is very reasonable with a variety of restaurants, taverns and takeaways to suit all tastes and pockets Flights, Car hire and airport transport can be arranged.
