The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms one is en suite. Master bedroom opens out on to a large terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. Large sitting/dining room which has a fireplace and patio doors opening on to one of the two terraces. Patio table and chairs, sun loungers, sun shade and barbecue are provided. Sky TV, Video and DVD. A washing machine can be found in the basement area. There is a large privately shared pool. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with baths and showers, toilets and bidets. The en-suite has a vanity unit with double basins. Bedrooms: 1 Double bedded room upstairs (ground floor). Two twins bedrooms downstairs with large wardrobes and views of Moraira. other rooms: Large sitting/dining room with two settees TV, video and stand, occasional tables and lamps. Dining table and chairs. Linen included, Towels included, Pool Newly Refurbished privately shared pool shared by 19 villas. Never very busy even a peak times.

General indoor facilities: Fans ceiling and floor are provide for the summer. Electric wall radiators are installed plus a gas fire in the sitting room. Kitchen facilities: Full cooker. 4 ring hob. 3 gas 1 electric. Microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, plenty of casserole dishes and pans. Entertainment facilities: Sky TV. DVD, Video. Board games etc. on request. Outdoor facilities: Car Parking adjacent to the villa. Barbecue and covered eating area. Lower terrace.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority or properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.

Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 michelin guide rated and 3 michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly.

In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sealife Park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must.

There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, pedalos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track suitable for all levels.

We love the villa. hence our return 3 years in a row. The pool is great and never very busy. We always have it to ourselves. We all had a great time. The description and photos of the villa does not do it justice. The pool is great. The children made friends and as the complex is secure they could go and visit each other with no worries for us.
