Villa Alicia is a newly developed property at the base
of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The owners of
this property found the land over 4 years ago and have
taken their time in designing and overseeing the building
to the highest of standards. Deliberately and brilliantly
designed to incorporate modern and traditional Spanish
architecture, this property stands out from the crowd.
Inside the property has a spacious open plan kitchen,
dinning and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped
with all new modern appliances. This fully fitted kitchen
boasts a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing
machine and much more. The lounge is fitted out with a
large television, satellite, DVD player (DVD's not supplied)
and hifi stereo.
The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms. Of which 2 are double
rooms (1 room has a double sofa bed) and 1 a twin room.
All the bathrooms have baths and showers. Outside the
property has a large south facing sun terrace and private
heated pool. It's decked out with large comfortable sun
beds, umbrellas and patio furniture. There is also a covered
BBQ area suitable for entertaining small or large parties.
It’s ideally located being just a short walk from a variety
of shops, restaurants, bars and Flamingo beach. This central
location is walking distance to most of Playa Blanca.
A car is not essential with this villa, unless you want
to explore the island. If this the case, we can arrange
car hire for you. In short this property is for the discerning
guest that’s looking for tranquil, comfortable settings
and a central location in Playa Blanca.

Rates shown are for 4 persons:
Please add £50.00 per person per week extra up to
a maximum of 6 adults in Total. The pool is solar heated
all year. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no
charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy
of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday
10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on
availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem,
please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best
to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up
till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s
holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings
taken where prices increase will be honoured. A welcome
pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk,
biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We
are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please
let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your
arrival. High chairs, cots and child seats are available
for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. CAR HIRE and or PERSONALISED
AIRPORT COLLECTION IN A PEOPLE CARRIER is available please
ask for details. Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra
towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday,
but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided,
unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in
which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per
week (subject to availability). However you must bring your
own games and memory cards.
