The well established property is built on the side of a hill with secure access and steps up through private terracing and pretty gardens to the main building and the private 8mx4m pool.
There are Mediterranean and impressive terrestrial views from many inside rooms and from the balcony and from the pool terrace. Inside there are 3 bedrooms and two reception rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The main double bedroom has an ensuite shower & WC and an ensuite dressing room. The second twin bedroom also has an ensuite shower & WC, and the third triple bedroom (linked to the second bedroom by an open treaded staircase) has a single bed and a double sofabed. There is in addition a separate family bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and WC. The main reception room is a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, all UK Terrestrial Channels, Sky TV and also Sky Sports. The Bose sound system supports the TV and also DVDs, CDs, Radio, and Video Cassettes. The second reception room is an enclosed balcony (or naya) used as a dining area.
Outside there is a separate Barbeque Room overlooking the private pool with undercover seating for 6-8. There is also an adjacent undercover wet bar area, and sunny terracing for additional relaxation. At road level there is a secure garage/carport and additional on street parking.
The villa is 1km from the beautiful sandy beach at El Portet with its safe bathing and adjacent beach cafes, bars and restaurants. Moraira, with its town facilities, street market, and a host of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, a super sandy beach with safe bathing, a yacht marina and nearby supermarket facilities is less than 2km away. The bright lights of Benidorm are just a 25 minute drive away, as are the many theme parks such as Terra Mitica and an Aqua Park. The big cities of Valencia and Alicante with their International Airports and cultural and shopping attractions are just over 1 hour's drive away. There are a host of activities available in the immediate vicinity in addition to the superb beaches, including many watersports, golf, hill walking, spectacular sightseeing, excellent nightlife and fine wining and dining.
In all, Casa Alegria provides a MAGNIFICENT base for an outstanding family or private holiday at any time of the year. A car is highly recommended in order to enjoy everything on offer.
