Las Ramblas is an attractive, peaceful, secure community boasting spectacular views across the 18 hole championship golf course to the sea beyond. Immediately next to Las Ramblas are two further 18 hole championship golf courses: Villamartin and Real Campoamor. Numerous blue flag beaches are within 5 minutes drive by car and the beaches of the Mar Menor, the inland saltwater lagoon with its fabulous warm and calm water, are no more than 15 minutes drive.

740 Nuevas Villas is a large, bright three bedroom ground floor apartment, with bathroom, en-suite shower room and two private terraces surrounded by beautiful gardens and palm trees. A private car parking space is provided in the secure garage under the building, with lift access to the apartment. The apartment is laid throughout with beautiful marble flooring. We consider the apartment very much as a “second home” as much as a holiday apartment and, as such, have tried our best to furnish it and equip it to a high standard.
