villages of Rojales and Benijofar, close to Cuidad Quesada,
Torrevieja and Guardamar and just 30 minutes south of
Alicante airport.
Accommodation all on one level comprises of 1 double
and 2 twin bedrooms all with ceiling fans, 1 full bathroom,
1 shower room, large lounge/diner with Sat TV, CD player
and air conditioning/heating. Fully equipped kitchen and
utility room includes hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,
washing machine and iron/board.
There is a garden and patio area, plus a superb large
roof-top solarium offering privacy and wonderful views.
A wide selection of local and international bars and
restaurants are within a 3-5 minute stroll with the attractions
of Torrevieja less than 10 minutes drive. The wonderful
blue flag beaches and sand dunes of Guardamar lie 10 mintues
drive away plus numerous other white sandy beaches are
easily accessible. Ideal for Golfers with La Marquesa
at Quesada and La Finca at Algorfa within 5 minutes drive,
Villamartin, las Ramblas and Campoamor within a 20 minute
drive.
