BLANQUITA VILLA, Just south of the cosmopolitan town
of Torrevieja this Villa is just 40 minutes drive from
Alicante airport or 20 minutes from San Javier at Murcia.
Situated on a quiet gated complex, this Villa has the
use of 2 communal pools and has its own Hot Tub for your
exclusive use, a perfect end to the day with a glass of
wine or two! With its own heating this Tub is ideal during
the cooler months in Spain.
There are two twin bedrooms and a lounge sofa-bed meaning
the villa can cater for 6. The lounge has two large sofas,
Sky TV, a stereo and DVD player. There is a small dining
area – ideal for breakfast and coffee. The kitchen is
fully fitted with all the crockery, cutlery etc you may
need. It has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave,
iron etc.
The Villa has fantastic outside areas including the front
terrace which is off the lounge and provides dining for
6. This front terrace is surrounded by cypress hedging
which provides a degree of seclusion and it leads round
the side of the Villa to the Hot Tub. Steps up from the
front terrace will take you up to the solarium with additional
dining, loungers and a built in barbecue, fantastic for
"al fresco" dining.
We have an identical Villa on the same complex which
is approx 2 minutes walk away and the two rented together
are ideal for larger parties. The nearest beach of Punta
Prima is about a fifteen minute stroll as are shops, bars,
restaurants and Go Karts.
A large supermarket Carrefour is five minutes away and
will satisfy all your shopping needs. If you have hired
a car you can park very near to the Villa as it is the
2nd house in on the walkway from the road (approx 20 paces).
Mar Menor beach, La Manga resort and Tabarca Isle are
notable local places to visit, as is the regional centre
of Alicante.
