Javea, just 2.5km from the beach, restaurants and shops
of Javea Arenal.
There are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms,
each with a thermostatic shower,one with a full size bath.
The main lounge/dining room is of generous proportions
and features a tosca fireplace with coal-effect gas fire
and full air conditioning. A comprehensive entertainment
system includes satellite TV, VCR, surround sound and
CD audio. The separate large kitchen has fitted oak units
under a granite work-surface and ceiling fan. The south
facing naya has both glazed and open areas, and features
large roller sunblinds and a good range of appropriate
furniture. There is a large laundry room with washing
machine and freezer.
Adjacent outside drying area with rotary dryer. The lower
level has separate lockable access, with large lounge/dining
room and adjacent kitchenette,air-conditioning and a double
sofa bed. This floor also has a separate double air-conditioned
bedroom and shower room with basin and toilet, perfect
for families holidaying together or when grandparents/teenagers
prefer to have some of their own space!

we use a local lettings agency in Javea to deal with villa rental and maintenance. keys are collected from them. they are therefore on hand to respond to any queries/problems during your stay as they are based locally. our guests find this to be an advantage. there is a charge for final cleaning based at 130 Euros per let. Towels are provided for 8 Euros by the day. linen will be charged weekly at 7 Euros per person. cot with linen, and a high/low are available per week @ 15 per week. the cost for electricity ( including air-con), water and gas are included in weekly rates for summer lets. Electricity, gas and water consumed for winter lets (Nov - March/April ) will be charged to the account of the tennant.
