Newly built 4bed villa situated in Calpe only 5mins drive from the beaches, bars, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The private pool is accessed directly from the lounge and enjoys panoramic mountain views. A gas BBQ enables lots of opportunity for 'al fresco' dining. In addition to the tables, chairs and sun beds there is also a swinging hammock that offers the perfect place to enjoy a wine or beer while soaking up the view. The villa is disabled friendly and suitable for some wheelchair users. It is set over 2 levels with the lounge/diner, kitchen and one of the twin bedrooms on the ground floor.

The entrance is via a ramp although this may be too steep for some to manage. Assistance would be required from a reasonably fit person. There are no steps on the ground floor apart from one small step on the patio area. The downstairs bedroom is large and fitted with an en-suite wheel in shower, grab rails and basin. The toilet is off the main corridor, most chairs will fit in bit it is not possible to move around in. Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with shower, basin and WC.

The master bedroom has a four poster bed and French windows opening to a small 'Juliet' balcony which overlooks the pool. This provides a lovely view of the mountains to wake up to. It also benefits from a full en-suite. The second bedroom also has a double bed and offers the same delightful views. The third bedroom has twin beds. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets offering ample storage space. They are all light and airy and tastefully decorated. A secure door leads to a second terrace offering an alternative place to relax away from the pool area.

A pleasant decking area is furnished with table, chairs and parasol and is another venue for outside dining. Depending on the time of day a rope hammock brought from Goa is an ideal place to doze in either the sun or shade.

Calpe has two main beaches which each carry a blue flag and long promenades flanked by many bars and restaurants. They are separated by a bustling marina that boasts restaurants specialising in fresh fish and seafood. The old town of Calpe has many narrow streets and plazas with more places to eat and drink. A large open-air market is held on Saturday mornings.
