Set on a hillside with a panoramic view of mountains and vineyards this first floor 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect setting for a quiet relaxing holiday. The pueblo style residential complex is informally built around a large pool, with separate children’s section, set in extensive well maintained mature gardens with shady palm and pine trees.

Moraira is a sophisticated holiday resort with no package hotels. Popular and lively all year round. Once a small fishing village there are now numerous bars, restaurants, boutiques and pavement cafes for you to enjoy.

Well-stocked supermarkets are within a few minutes drive from the apartment. The nearest blue flag beaches, Ampolla and El Portet are five minutes drive by car, Arenal beach at Javea, a 10 minute drive. All have pleasant beach-side cafes, bars and restaurants.

The price includes all bed linen and towels, but not beach towels, and the apartment is fully equipped for 4 people. Because of the hilly nature of the area it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties and car hire is essential – although inexpensive. Change over day is Saturday, but we will be flexible whenever possible. Low cost flights available to Valencia and Alicante, both about an hour’s drive away.
