The JKL House is situated in the charming village of Santanyi (dates from 1300) where during the last decade many houses have been restored and it is becoming quite sophisticated. Wonderful village square where a very good and fun market is held twice weekly all year round and a beautiful old church with an outstanding organ played during summer market time.

The village provides restaurants, bakeries, shops, cafes, tapas bars, art galleries, ceramic workshops, antique and craft shops, boutiques and all amenities. The house is under 10 mins drive or bike ride from some of the best beaches on Mallorca, down lovely winding country roads bordered by stone walls, is 25 mins from the famous Es Trenc beach and close (20 min) to excellent golf courses.

The beautiful surrounding countryside reflects the old agricultural community, olive and almond trees. Lovely walks or bicycle rides in the area and lots more special restaurants and cafes. This charming village house (2 up / 2 down, all faciltities, lovely courtyard and little balcony with winter sun) has been lovingly restored by a heritage builder, and is nicely furnished for holiday living and very well equipped with heating throughout and aircon in the 2 bedrooms.

Thick stone walls and heavy original shutters give ambience and keep the house cosy and private. Most importantly it is a genuine village milieu and as far from resort living as one can imagine and easy village access makes it equally suitable for all season activities. All within 40 mins of the airport and 1 hour from Palma, good traffic connections make it possible to explore the island.
