A newly refurbished 2 bedroom air-conditioned Casita,
with a large private heated swimming pool in the exclusive
El Portet area of Moraira, set on the hillside with stunning
panoramic views. Guests have exclusive use of the pool
at all times as the Casita is only let when the villa
is unoccupied.
The Casita, which accommodates four people, is part of
a large detached luxury villa and is reached from the
gated 150m driveway and landscaped gardens, via a short
flight of steps to the pool area. It benefits from both
air conditioning with a de-humidification option and central
heating. It is just a 50 minute drive from Alicante airport
and 75 minutes from Valencia airport.
El Portet beach is less than five minutes walk away,
as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, 2 beach bars
and a superb five star restaurant. In addition to the
pretty El Portet beach, the centre of Moraira with its
Marina, boutiques, bars, many excellent restaurants, banks,
supermarkets and beaches are just a five minute drive
away, yet the Casita is in a peaceful, residential area.
We provide all bedding and towels for internal use but
we ask you to provide your own poolside/beach towels.
Clean laundry is supplied each week. A free welcome pack
will await your arrival.
