Jasmine Villa was completed in 2003 & sleeps up to 7 people. The villa & its amenities have been designed to suit all ages from babies (cot & high chair provided) to older citizens (one twin bedroom is on the ground floor).

The pool has a maximum depth of 1.6mtrs to suit all ages & ability. It is located in an olive grove on the edge of the village of Ozankoy (village of the poets).

There are many restaurants & bars within easy walking distance. The quiet yet central location of Jasmine Villa makes it ideal for just totally relaxing, or an ideal base from which to explore the whole of North Cyprus with its crusader castles & ancient sites.

For an invigorating walk up the mountain, Bellapais Abbey is about 45mins walk with welcoming cafes & restaurants when you arrive.

It is such a lovely villa in a very friendly and scenic village. You have certainly thought of everything - it was pure home from home. So well equipped We'll definitely be returning in the future as we've fallen in love with the mountains (and the children with the beaches and pool!). there is 1 double, 1 family & 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite Shower/WC & air conditioning. there is also a separate downstairs WC. a cot and high chair are available at no extra cost. the upper floor has a double bedroom with a large terrace and superb sea views. a second twin bedded room, which can accommodate a third bed or cot, has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool with views of Bellapais Abbey and the Besparmak Mountains. the third bedroom has twin beds and is situated on the ground floor with patio doors leading directly onto the patio and pool deck. all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, hair dryers and alarm clocks. the large comfortable lounge has satellite TV, VCR & DVD with a choice of over 50 films, a CD stereo system with more than 100 CD's to cater for all tastes plus games & books for all ages. the kitchen has a separate dining area and is extensively equipped with a built in electric oven and separate gas hob, family size fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee percolater, juicer and iron/ironing board. a mobile phone is provided for the use of guests

the doors in the lounge lead onto the patio where there is a table which seats 6+ people, ideal for a relaxing lunch or barbeque. there is a covered terrace at the front of the villa with a table also seating 6+ people. The 8mtr x 4mtr private swimming pool with its large pool deck, has ample sun beds and parasols plus inflatables. the pool which is kept in pristine condition by Cyprus Pools has a shallow end of 1.1mtr and is 1.6mtr at the deep end, making it ideal for all ages and abilities. the garden retains its original olive trees and is also extensively planted with fruit trees, bougainvillaea, hibiscus, jasmine, lantanas and many others. jasmine Villa has a detached garage plus plenty of private parking. apart from the local shops, there are supermarkets less than 2km away. there are several excellent value restaurants in the village and more restaurants and bars in Kyrenia Harbour, with many more along the coast road. the nearest beach is about 10 minutes by car plus more beaches both East and West of Kyrenia. there is a Water Park and a Go Cart track nearby. Kyrenia Animal Rescue is 15 minutes drive and a popular morning is spent taking the dogs for a walk and the views from Five Finger Mountain are spectacular. the village of Bellapais with its magnificent Abbey and restaurants is less than 10 minutes drive up the mountain. it is one of the most peaceful locations in North Cyprus yet it comes alive on Saturday nights with a Turkish night in the Tree of Idleness restaurants. for the more sporting there is sea fishing, scuba diving, a golf course, horse riding, cycling and paint balling. For the less agile there are boat trips and organised walks. Car Hire:- car hire is recommended and can be booked through the owners. hiring a car for 7 or more days includes free airport transfers from Ercan. for Larnaca transfers there is a charge incurred due to the distance

good family nightlife, swimming pool, close to beach, child friendly, ideal for families with teenagers, all hand, bath towels & other linen are included, however please bring own pool/beach towels. the property is cleaned & linen changed once a week
