Immaculate private south facing villa in a quiet residential area. The top apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 people in three double bedrooms. Each bedroom and the the lounge lead onto a large balcony, running the full length of the villa. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the pool and is refreshingly cool during the hot summer months. It has the benefit of views of the mountains, the Penon and the sea. The upper floor of the villa was completely refurbished and newly equipped in June 2003.

The Villa is detached and stands in its own secluded gardens. The property has a private drive with ample secure parking. It is equipped with fans and a safe for your valuables. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and two twin bedrooms have divan beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is a modern fully tiled shower room with toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash hand basin. The bright and airy lounge and dining room has a three-piece suite, coffee table and dining area with full size dining table. There is a TV and video, with a collection of films and a stereo for your CD's and tapes.

The brand new ground floor of the villa was completed in November 2006. This floor consists of 2 double ensuite bedrooms, each with a larger than average sized shower and built in wardrobes in the bedrooms. There is a beautiful, spacious kitchen with granite worktops and an oven and hob. There is also a large fridge and microwave. This section of the villa also accommodates a maximum of 6 people. The bright and spacious lounge contains a large leather sofabed, Sky TV and double patio doors leading directly onto the pool area.

As with the upstairs, this contains all the essentials for a relaxing holiday such as DVD player, TV and various games and books. The beautiful private pool has roman steps and an enclosed shower. A sunny terrace surrounds it, complete with sun loungers and a table and chairs for your comfort.

There is ample atmospheric lighting around the terrace and pool to enable you to sit and enjoy the hot summer evenings or even indulge in a midnight swim. There is also a large barbecue area for those warm evenings.
