The swimming pool has surrounding terrace and the house is surrounded by lawn and exotic plants. Next to the dining terrace is a built in BBQ Living room Comfortably furnished with sofas and occasional furniture and including dining table and chairs for 6 people. From the living room is a covered terrace with seating area. In addition an outdoor dining terrace with views of Begur has dining table and 6 chairs. Bedrooms There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside furniture. Bathroom The bathroom is new for 2008 with bath, shower, basin and wc. The kitchen is well equipped and has washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. New appliances and units for 2008.
