QUINTA SERENA is a traditional style
Portuguese country Manor house, with timber-beamed ceilings,
set in an acre of gardens. This beautiful property has
been divided to create CASA SANTOLINA and CASA JASMINA,
two charming and completely separate houses, each with
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each has its own private swimming
pool and secluded sub-tropical garden. Quinta Serena is
in a wonderful tranquil countryside setting where you
can completely relax.
ACCOMMODATION: Casa Santolina & Casa
Jasmina are sunny and light with comfortable beds, ceiling
fans and plump sofas. Bath/shower rooms are decorated
with traditional hand-painted Portuguese tiles. Each house
sleeps 4, and has: • 2 timber-beamed bedrooms, (superking-size
doubles (6 ft wide), and twin beds). • 2 bath/shower rooms.
• a well-equipped kitchen. • comfortably furnished, timber-beamed
living room. • patio doors which open onto a covered terrace
where you can dine ‘al fresco’ overlooking the swimming
pool.
POOL & GARDENS: Each house has a private
palm-fringed swimming pool with either a sunbathing patio
or deck. Palms, jasmine, mimosa, pepper and almond trees
fringe the whole area. Each pool is approximately 6 x
3.5 metres and may be floodlit at night. Barbecue, sun
loungers, patio furniture, parasol and poolside shower
are provided. Quinta Serena is the perfect place to relax
and restore your spirits.
LOCATION: Quinta Serena stands on a
hillside with magnificent views of a peaceful valley with
orange groves, vineyards and ancient olive trees. It's
only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful medieval town
of Tavira, and several golden sandy beaches. There is
a cafe and restaurant within easy walk of Quinta Serena,
and the sleepy village of Santo Estevao is a 3 minute
drive away. Here you will find a restaurant, post office,
cash-point, pharmacy, mini-markets, tavernas and cafes.
