The villa is situated in a residential area in the town
of Vilacolum. The town of vilacolum is situated in the
middle of the bay of Rosas (Costa Brava).
Beach details( Bay of Rosas ): Unique 8 km dunes sandy
beach. It is ideal for walking out of season and calm
enough during peak season. Besides the main activity of
sunbathing, and due its size, all kind of water sports
are available ( surfing, kite surfing, water skiing ).
Area details: From the villa, you can visit many interesting
places and other towns, like: The millennium ruins of
Empuries (L’Escala, 10km), the Dali Museum – (Figueres,
18km), Ampuriabrava, (the largest residential marina in
Europe, 10km), Girona (capital of the province and famous
for its cathedral, 40km), etc…and to practice any other
activities like: Shopping in our closest towns, Bird watching
and mountain bike riding in our Natural Park, parachuting
in Ampuriabrava. Barcelona with all its possibilities
is only at one hour and a half driving.
For Golf lovers: Vilacolum which is only 50km south from
the French-Spanish boarder, is surrounded by many golf
courses ( 18 holes ) within 30 min. driving range.
Gastronomy: Enjoying our good restaurants in the area
with their gastronomical specialties will ensure you to
have an unforgettable holidays. Restaurant "El Bulli"
which is only 45 min away from our town is the restaurant
most famous in the world. Its manager is Mr. Ferran Adrià.
ACCESS TO THE VILLA By plane. For those who will visit
us by plane, Ryanair flies to Girona airport, which is
only 40km away from our offices. Renting a car during
your stay is recommended. At the signature of the contract,
we will supply you with all the information to get our
town. Once in our offices, we will take you personally
to the villa.
BOOKING PROCESS Rates detailed are per week. Electricity
costs and garden and pool maintenance are included to
secure you will receive the house under excellent conditions.
Cleaning costs: 100,00€.
Once you are interested in booking one of our villas,
please let us know by e-mail all your details including
names with ages of any member, ref. number of the villa
and the period. You will receive in 24 hours a renting
contract with all the terms and conditions of the rent.
Upon receipt of payment of the 25% of the total amount
within two days of the reception of this contract your
booking becomes definite.
DURING YOUR STAY At your arrival, we will supply you
with a complete guide of what to do during your stay depending
on your preferences (restaurants, golf courses, interesting
places to visit, water and amusement parks, etc.)
Our offices are open six fully days a week all year long.

24 hours a day for any urgency you might have.
