Casa Branca is a modern detached 2 storey villa which was completed in 1998. Constructed with many UK building standard i.e. double glazing, damp proof course and cavity wall insulation.

Built on the edge of the now exclusive Monte Lemos Country club site. The owners took particular care in the design of the villa to ensure that it was bright and airy and yet functional for large families.

The villa is well situated in Praia da Luz and a 10 minute walk will take you into the village centre where there are a few supermarkets, pharmacy, post office and restaurants. The village retains its charming atmosphere and many old fisherman’s cottages and cobbled streets remain.

Praia da Luz has a lovely long golden sandy beach which is gently shelving, making it safe for bathers of all ages. Here, there are sun beds and shades for hire, a water sports centre plus beach shops and beach-side cafes.
