do Lago, where our villas are built on, are situated in
the Golden Triangle of the Algarve, between the well-known
resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in Almancil,
Algarve. This area is famous for its sandy beaches and
its many golf courses. Both the parks are laying next
to each other (only 500 meters in between). All the Villas
are only approximately 1 kilometre away from the coast.
The holiday/residential development of Varandas do Lago
is set in the heart of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve,
neighbouring Club do Ancão and Vale do Garrão.
Surrounded by beautiful pine forests, the development
is within easy reach of the famous golf courses of Quinta
do Lago and Vale do Lobo, close to miles and miles of
golden beaches, and stunning sunsets. Small development
comprising of 190 detached villas and several townhouses.
Villa Vivenda is a spacious and well-furnished villa
on several levels, located in a dead-end-street on urbanisation
Varandas do Lago. Upper floor: Large master bedroom, with
king-size bed, with large en suite bathroom with big corner
bath and shower. Second medium bedroom with own en suite
bathroom. Both rooms have doors to the balcony overlooking
the pool area. Ground floor: Two twin bedrooms, one with
access to the covered terrace. Bathroom with shower. Large
kitchen with door to side terrace and, with steps to barbecue.
Spacious living /dining room with French windows to the
terrace with access to the pool.
Large swimming pool (5x10x2,25 metres) with special children
pool. Partially secluded gardens with shrubs and trees.
Roof terrace. From the sun terrace of the first floor
there is a staircase to the roof terrace. From here you
have a lovely view to the woods and the mountains. Basement.
Here is a large garage. Owners use only.
