Location: Just five minutes drive from the enchanting hillside town of Begur with its many fine Catalan restaurants, bars, cafes and lively main square. Also five minutes or so drive is the superb sandy beach of Sa Riera with its local shops and restaurants. The coastal villages of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell are within 15-20minutes drive, as are the wonderful inland medieval villages of Peratallada and Pals. The ancient town of Girona is 45mins drive and if you crave city life, Barcelona is 1.5hours drive or you can take the train from nearby Flaca to both of these fascinating cities. Accommodation: Built on three levels Villa Rocas comprises: Covered porch, door to outer hall and door to inner hall leading to: Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom (160cm bed) with ensuite shower room, fitted cupboards. Sea views. A large room with space for extra bed or cot. Utility room- washing machine, tumble dryer, sink. Stairs to first floor: Living-dining room – Spacious light room room. Two windows with sea views. Seating area, and occasional furniture. Dining area with table and chairs for eight people. Glass doors to covered dining terrace with table and chairs and two barbecues. Fireplace. TV, video recorder, cd/tape/radio. Bedroom 5/- Two single beds (90cm each bed). Fitted cupboards. Sea views. Kitchen- Good size with fitted units and granite surfaces. Fully equipped. Door to garden. Bathroom- Bath, w.c., shower, handbasin. Stairs to second floor: Stairs to second floor: Master bedroom – with panoramic sea views from full length windows. Large private terrace and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, wc, handbasin. Bedroom 2- twin beds (90cm each), fitted cupboards, sea views. Bedroom 3- twin beds (90cm each) fitted cupboards, sea views. Bathroom – bath, shower, wc, handbasin.

GARDEN: The garden is laid to lawn with decking surround to the swimming pool and a covered dining terrace. There are trees and shrubs including olive and palm. The garden surrounds the villa and there are areas offering complete seclusion. The garden can be approached through the house or via gated steps leading from the drive. There are clothes drying facilities. Villa Rocas enjoys a sunny and private situation with sea and country views.
