Casa Delfin is a lovely two bedroomed privately owned,
nicely secluded Villa in the select area of San Jaime,
3km from Moraira town and 5km from Calpe. The property
is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing
traffic. Set in lovely private gardens, with your own
larger than average swimming pool, with lights for night
swimming.
There is an outside shower and plenty of terrace space
for essential sunbathing !! Casa Delfin is south-facing
enjoying all day sunshine. With fantastic open views across
the valley to the mountains beyond, you can sit with a
glass of wine, in the lovely Naya each evening and watch
the magnificent sunsets!
It is a wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday
with only a short walk to the large 'Pepe la Sal' supermarket
complex, plenty of Restaurants, a 9 hole Golf course.
Casa Delfin has been completely painted in bright Mediterranean
colours. We also have Hot / Cold Air conditioning in the
main lounge and kitchen area (at a small additional cost).
Outside, set in a typical Spanish garden, is a wonderful
larger than average `kidney shaped` swimming pool, surrounded
by extensive terracing, together with a pool-side shower
and Pool Lights for swimming under the stars ! Here you
will find four sun-loungers, umbrellas and small tables.
This is a quiet private area, surrounded by many trees,
the perfect place to unwind and sunbathe. There is also
a small Naya with a new wind-down sunblind, a small table
and four 'relaxing' chairs where you can shelter from
the sun, or watch the sunsets every evening. The separate
BBQ area has a large table and 4 chairs, so you can make
the most of those warm Spanish evenings and eat al-fresco.
The only steps are in the garden area, above the swimming
pool. The Villa faces south, so has the sun all day long.
There are two bedrooms, one with a huge Queen Size bed,
and one with twin beds. Both rooms have electric ceiling
fans. There is also mosquito netting on the windows, and
a hair dryer for your convenience.
The Living/Dining room has a new Hot/Cold Air Conditioning
unit. The Villa is south-facing, so plenty of sun all
day and there are wonderful views across the valley to
the mountains beyond where you will see magnificent sun
sets. There are plenty of activities locally, such as
tennis, scuba diving, horse riding, Golf, Go-Carting,
walking, cycling, climbing or, if you are very adventurous
you can hire a Harley Davidson for the day!
During the summer months Moraira also has an open air
evening Craft Market.
