The accommodation is follows: Steps down to a covered table tennis area and entrance hall with large open plan sitting room with a nice open fire, good size dining area, kitchen and utility area. There is a good size cloakroom also. From the dining area there is a nice terrace with a further 6 seats. The marble staircase goes down to three twin bedded rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also another good size shower room with w.c. bidet and wash basin. All bedroom's have partition doors onto terraces overlooking the pool area. One of the bedrooms has access to a terrace containing a pool table. There are steps down to the heated swimming pool area and at this level there is a separate living room with kitchenette, twin bedded room and en suite shower, w.c. and basin. All four bedrooms have air conditioning units which also heat in the winter.

Outside is the BBQ area with seating for up to 12. The garden also has 9 holes of mini golf and there is a large rooftop sundeck with mountain and sea views.
