NEW 5-bedroom, 3 bath detached villa located in the exclusive Costa Nova area of Javea on sunny Costa Blanca.

Close to 3 beaches -- Playa Granadella-2 min., Playa de Ambola (naturist)-3 min. and Arenal Javea's famous beach, shopping and entertainment area only 7 minutes. Within walking distance to 3 restaurants, a market, Cansalaes National Park and the spectacular cliffs that are a feature of this area. La Sella & Oliva Nova 18 hole championship golf courses only 10 and 20 minutes drive respectively.

Tastefully and completely furnished with fully fitted American kitchen. The lounge has air-conditioning/ heating and a log-burning fireplace. TV with cable and video as well as a CD player and radio are provided.

The upstairs en-suite master bedroom is huge with a giant wardrobe and super king-size bed. All 3 main-floor bedrooms have large built-in closets; two of the bedrooms have super king-size beds, one with en-suite bath; the third main-floor bedroom has two twin beds. There are two main-floor baths, one en-suite.

Outside is a 4 x 8 meter pool with Roman steps, hot water shower and sun lounges for all. A large naya with a built-in barbeque and outdoor furniture makes for great parties.

Besides the many water sports there is also golf, horse-riding, mountain biking, and tennis. Bird sanctuaries and National Parks nearby provide some of the best bird-watching in Spain. Bed linen and plenty of towels are provided, but it is advisable to bring beach towels (not provided). The property is fully enclosed and has ample parking for at least 8 cars.
