Casa Failte is a fantastic new townhouse located on the
beach at Playa Almadrava in the village of Els Poblets
which is 8 KM west of Denia on the northern Costa Blanca.
The villa is set amongst a small development of 40 similar
properties. In the centre of the complex is a large communal
swimming pool and children's pool which are set in pleasant
and secluded gardens. The villa comprises three storeys.
The ground floor includes a front garden/terrace, large
living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, shower room
and utility. On the first floor there is a master bedroom
with balcony, plus twin and single bedrooms and a bathroom
with shower. The roof terrace boasts a built-in barbecue.
When dining al fresco you can enjoy the awesome views
of the Segaria Mountains and the Mediterranean coast.
There is a couple of local supermarkets plus a number
of restaurants and cafes close by. Only 20 metres form
the villa is the historic site of Almadrava Roman pottery
ruins. It is only a 10 minute drive along the Las Marinas
road from the villa to the attractive and cosmopolitan
town of Denia which is situated between the sea and the
imposing Montgo Mountain. The towns focal point is the
historic Castle overlooking the harbour. The sandy and
safe beaches stretch for miles. There are many restaurants
and bars and the shopping is excellent.
All forms of water-sports are also available. From the
busy port there are numerous boat trips around the pretty
coastline plus daily ferries to Ibiza. From Denia its
a 10 minute drive over the Montgo Mountain to the seaside
town of Javea. This family resort has the lovely Arenal
beach which offers a safe beach where children can play
and swim.
There are a variety of restaurants and bars along the
esplanade. Also consider a 30 minute trip down to Benidorm.
There are a number of exciting activities to try e.g.
Why not visit Aqualandia, the largest water park in Europe
or Mundomar to see the Dolphins perform. Or even try Terra
Mitica Disney style theme park. Also, the Benidorm Palace
extravaganza is certainly worth a visit. The two championship
golf courses at La Sella and Oliva Nova are only a 10
minute drive.
