The villa has two bathrooms, lounge and separate kitchen and a very sunny “naya”. All bedrooms have French doors, of which three lead onto patio area surrounding the private pool. The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded garden, private drive with ample parking.

Two bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The villa is equipped with a book and video library. The lounge leads out on to the enclosed conservatory “naya” which over looks the pool area. The enclosed glass room naya has tables and chairs which leads on the pool area and which enjoys nice views. The villa has a new private pool (8x4m) and ample sunny terraces equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs for your comfort.

Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within easy reach. Safe sandy beach just 5 minutes walk away. Calpe town centre, 5 minutes drive.

Calpe is on the south east coast of Spain between Valencia and Alicante, being about 15 miles north of Benidorm. It makes an ideal holiday centre for those seeking a beautiful relaxing resort, but with plenty to do and see. Calpe has two main very good safe sandy beaches.

The two beaches are linked by a promenade approximately two miles long. Calpe has a wide choice of shops, and there is a large general open-air market on Saturday mornings. There are many restaurants, which offer a variety of international menus and are well known for their quality and reasonable prices.

Benidorm is about 20 minutes ride away for those seeking a more sophisticated night out. There is a regular bus service to Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia and a narrow gauge railway, which gives a scenic ride along the coast between Alicante and Denia. Terra Mitica is a new theme park suitable or all age groups 20 minutes drive away. Access to Calpe By car only 4k, or 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Regular service to Calpe. Calpe has two main sandy beaches, with promenade with plenty of bars, restaurants and beach shops.
