Scuba diving is well catered for by the numerous PADI affiliated schools and fabulous diving sites. Ramla l Hamra beach is Gozo's largest sandy beach which is lovely for both families and romantic couple strolls.
Eating out is a mediterranean feast of local delicacies ranging from pasta, fish and meats all of which is at very reasonable prices.
Local wine and olive oil has now an excellent local choice. Festa season also begins just after Easter up to end of September when all towns and villages have their own celebration every weekend!
