Luxury 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Villa with private screened pool (sleeps 8). The garage will accommodate two cars. It is a 10 minute drive to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios and 1 hour to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center, Spaceport U.S.A.

The villa is located on the perimeter of Royal Palms, a small development off Highway 27, one and a half miles south of Interstate 4. There is 150 feet of open land behind the pool with a view towards a small golf course. Two master en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds. A double bedroom and a Disney-theme twin bedroom share the 3rd bathroom. Hair dryers are provided. There is air-conditioning throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedrooms have radio/alarm clocks and televisions. The 28 x 14 feet private screened pool, which is 3 to 5 feet deep, can be accessed from the rear master bedroom and bathroom as well as from the living room. Patio furniture is supplied for sunbathing on the extensive pool deck or relaxing in the covered patio area which is always shaded and has a ceiling fan.

Gas pool heating is available for an additional cost of £79 / $161 per week with reductions outside of December-February.

All linens and towels for indoor use are supplied. Guests are requested to supply their own beach towels for the pool and water parks. Cable TV, a DVD/VCR with a selection of discs and videos, a CD/Radio/Cassette stereo, telephone, books and board games are available in the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and many smaller appliances along with all the necessary eating, drinking and cooking utensils.

Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart supermarkets are less than a 10 minutes drive south on Highway 27 for a quality selection of groceries, meats and wines. Other smaller stores and petrol stations are even closer. There is a large varied selection of restaurants nearby, and on Highway 192 which is a 10 minute drive away.

This area is a golfer's paradise with many courses , right up to championship standard, within a 15 mile radius. Orlando International Airport-30 minutes Sanford Airport-60 minutes Tampa Airport-70 minutes.
