Situated in the Urbanization Buena Vista, cut into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, this exclusive well appointed villa offers accommodation in a tranquil setting, yet only a few minutes drive from the fantastic beaches and nightlife of Fuengirola and Marbella.

It overlooks the Mediterranean (it is 400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas, which is renowned as being one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain.

There are three bedrooms which can sleep up to eight people (2 full size folding beds available), two bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! It has telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port.

The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have a car to rent at very good rates, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater automatic with aircon. We have a manager who will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week.

The pool and garden are very well maintained. Local activities include swimming, golf (several courses are very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has many places to visit for sightseeing and shopping: Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Fuengirola, Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
