Accuracy of Information
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information about his/her holiday property published on this site. Villa-Holiday.co.uk accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of this information. However, we reserve the right to edit the information supplied - any offensive or inappropriate text will be removed, text will be reduced if word limits are exceeded and we reserve the right to correct inaccurate grammar and spelling.

The advertiser is responsible for keeping his/her property brochure details up to date and accurate - this includes rental tariff details, contact information and property facility details. Advertisers are expected to update this information when appropriate via our password-protected members' area.
If an advertiser chooses to take advantage of the on-line availability calendar, that advertiser is expected to maintain the availability to ensure the accuracy of the information contained therein throughout the period of his/her advertising.

Villa-Holiday.co.uk takes no responsibility for negotiations between its property owners and site visitors. We accept no liability for any problems arising out of those negotiations. The advertiser is responsible for fixing the terms and rental fee paid by his/her customer. Clients may change published prices (via the members area) on our web site subsequent to the time of a rental enquiry so it is in the interest of the client and indeed their responsibility to avoid disputes by agreeing the price and terms before agreeing to a booking.

Handling Property Enquiries
It is the responsibility of advertisers to answer property enquiries generated via this site promptly and accurately. All genuine enquiries should be answered with the minimum possible delay, whether or not the property is available for the enquirer's chosen dates. Failure to respond promptly and appropriately to enquirers reflects badly on Villa-Holiday.co.uk and deters enquirers from revisiting our site, thus damaging our business and that of our other advertisers.

Liability
Villa-Holiday.co.uk takes no responsibility for negotiations between its property owners and site visitors making property enquiries. We accept no liability for any problems arising out of those negotiations. Owners are advised to have a legal contract between themselves and tenants and are also advised to arrange full insurance cover for their holiday property. Villa-Holiday.co.uk is not liable for loss of income due to last-minute cancellations, damage to property, theft etc. In the event of such problems arising, resolution should be sought via the appropriate legal channels.

Changing Ad Copy
In the password protected owners area we provide you with many useful tools designed to help you get the most out of your advertising. Here you can quickly and easily change many of the details of your on-line advert. For example, you may want to change your rental prices or contact details. To guard against inappropriate information being published on our site we reserve the right to check - and if necessary to alter - your advert's free text copy areas. All advert copy needs to be cleared by a member of the Villa-Holiday.co.uk team before it is live on the site.

Photos
We accept photos upload, email and post. The advertiser agrees to be the sole point of contact for Villa-Holiday.co.uk in all written and oral communication related to the properties advertised, regardless of who owns those properties. However, the advertiser has the right to decide - and alter at any time - the contact information on his/her on-line brochures for use by Villa-Holiday.co.uk site visitors. The advertiser agrees to be billed directly for all advertised properties and accepts sole responsibility for prompt payment for each new brochure and each brochure renewal. When the advertiser becomes a new client of Villa-Holiday.co.uk he/she will be entitled to receive any special advertising discount offered at that time but this promotional discount will apply once only to the first advertised property brochure. This discount will not apply when the advertising is renewed.

Email Correspondence
For reasons of speed, cost and efficiency, Villa-Holiday.co.uk uses email as its primary means of communication with property advertisers. We will only accept adverts from property owners/agents with a valid email address. The advertiser is responsible for notifying Villa-Holiday.co.uk of any change in email contact information. The advertiser accepts that information relating to any changes/developments at Villa-Holiday.co.uk will be sent solely by email. Notification of advert renewal will also be made solely by email. Invoices will be sent (on request) as email attachments but we will not send invoices by fax or post. Failure to make payment by the renewal date will result in immediate withdrawal of the property advert from our site.

Personal website links
We reserve the right not to link to competitors pages AND the "personal website" must show only your own property that also must be listed on Villa-Holiday.co.uk - any personal website that contains links, including hidden links, to other villa sites will not be included in your listing. Booking sites will also be rejected - any owner who runs a booking referral agency will not be permitted to advertise - only by removing such links will your website be approved.
