 Multiple properties
We do offer discounts for owners/agents wishing to advertise more than one property however discounts start at four properties and above - Please contact us for bulk discount prices.
Advertising prices shown are based on a single unit property advert, however if you wish to advertise more than one unit on a single advertisement, this will attract a premium of £10.00 (6 months advert) or £15.00 (12 months advert) per extra unit shown. A Multiple Property advert can only be used for two (or more) villas or apartments of similar specification, sharing the same plot of land or located on the same complex. If you have two (or more) properties which are of different specification or located in different locations, then separate adverts will be required. Making your registration payment
We use one of the largest internet payment processing companies to handle all of our online transactions. All transactions are secure and direct via WorldPay plc, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group. We do not have access to credit/debit card details at any time. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer, please select the appropriate option during the registration process.
Golf listing
For those owners who have properties located on or very near golf courses, the option to display your property in the golf listings section and on the advanced search results is available. The cost for inclusion is listed in our price list section.
Photos of your property
Photo's may be uploaded and managed via the owner control panel, emailed or posted (for scanning) to us. Photo's of your property are the most important thing for attracting the attention of visitors so make sure your best ones are selected. Visitors like to see blue sky, swimming pools and sunshine, so try and include any or all of these in your photo's. We can accept a maximum of 10 photos per property advert. 4 photo's are included within the basic advertising costs. Costs for extra photo's are listed in our price list section. We can accept .jpg or .gif image formats.
Social networking
We promote Villa-Holiday on many Social Networking website's including Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Yammer, Blogger and many more. Feel free to follow us or join our friend list for regular updates. Our Holiday Rental Travel news section is also very popular.
Availability calendar
We provide an online availability calendar for you to use if you wish. The calendars can be easily updated via your owner control panel. Our advanced search function on the website allows visitors to search for properties available during their specified holiday dates and therefore keeping your calendar up to date will minimise the amount of wasted enquiries. For owners who decide not to use the calendar, your property will show as "available" for all dates and therefore attract the maximum amount of enquiries.
Accepting credit cards
We can provide a link on your advert which allows holiday makers to book your holiday rental online using a credit card. Once the rental cost has been agreed you can send a link direct to your customer for them to pay online. Funds will be deposited directly into an account of your choice.
