All enquiries and bookings are made direct with you, the owner, so you can keep full control of your letting's and avoid paying any agent commissions. We offer an exceptionally good value advertising service to private holiday property owners worldwide.

We now advertise over 2,000 holiday villas and apartments in many countries around the globe and are adding new countries and locations every week. If you do not see your holiday home location advertised, no problem, we will add this when you begin your advertising period with us and begin promoting this new location immediately.

Advertising multiple properties on a single advert
Advertising prices shown below are based on a single unit property advert, however if you wish to advertise more than one unit on a single advertisement, this will attract a premium of £10.00 / €13.68 (6months advert) or £15.00 / €20.52 (12 months advert) per extra unit shown. A Multiple Property advert can only be used for two (or more) villas or apartments of similar specification, sharing the same plot of land or located on the same complex. If you have two (or more) properties which are of different specification or located in different locations, then separate adverts will be required.

We do offer discounts for owners/agents wishing to advertise more than one property however discounts start at four properties and above - Please contact us for bulk discount prices.

All property adverts come with the option of a free online availability calendar and all owners have access to promote their holiday rentals in our popular Special Offers/ Late Availability listings, both of which can be updated directly through the Owner Advert Management Control Panel.

Making your payment online
We use one of the largest internet payment processing companies to handle all of our online transactions. All transactions are secure and direct via WorldPay plc, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group. We do not have access to credit/debit card details at any time. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer, please see details for doing this when you reach the payment section whilst creating your property advert.

Availability Calendar
We provide an online availability calendar to all owners who wish to use it. The calendars can be updated via your Advert Management Control Panel. Our advanced search function on the website allows visitors to search for properties available during their specified holiday dates and therefore keeping your calendar up to date will minimise the amount of wasted enquiries. For owners who decide not to use the calendar, your property will show as "available" for all dates and therefore attract the maximum amount of enquiries.

Updating your advertisement
We provide an easy to use Advert Management Control Panel from which owners can update all aspects of their advert. This includes updating any text, rates, photo's, availability, special offers, enquiry email addresses, login password and personal contact details.

Golf listing
For those owners who have properties located on or very near golf courses, the option to display their property in the golf listings section and on the advanced search results is available. The cost for inclusion is listed above in our pricing section.

Pictures of your property
Photo's may be uploaded and managed via the owner Advert Management Control Panel, emailed or posted (for scanning) to us. Photo's of your property are the most important thing for attracting the attention of visitors so make sure your best ones are selected. Visitors like to see blue sky, swimming pools and sunshine, so try and include any or all of these in your photo's. We can accept a maximum of 10 photos per property advert. 4 photo's are included within the basic advertising costs. Costs for extra photo's are listed above in our pricing section. We can accept .jpg or .gif image formats.
